- Pesto alla Trapanese, made by Toto | Saturday lunch, on the sofa, on the balcony, or take it for your picnic | One of our favourite Sicilian sauces. Fusilli all the way!
- Polpa di Pomodoro aka Pasta al sugo | Sunday night dinner, comforting, easy, no brainer - that’s it! | Mezzi Rigatoni, kids (in case you have any around) will love it, especially with cheese on top.

Prosecco Col Fondo, Veneto
Made by the Collavo brothers, Marco, Massimo and Mauro, this Prosecco is simply a joy to drink and have with our Cicchetti, Pasta or anything you fancy nibbling!
It’s naturally re-fermented in the bottle and aged on its lees, so a bit cloudy as it’s unfiltered.
Mun, La Calcinara, Marche
Eleonora and Paolo are two young and talented winemakers and we absolutely adore their pink Mun made by Montepulciano grapes. Their vineyards are near the Monte Conero on the East Coast of Italy. The wine was inspired by Nick Drake’s Pink Moon that Paolo loves to play with its guitar (he’s in a band) while Eleonora dances (she’s a trained ballerina too!).
Rosso N.1, Costa del Vivo, Toscana
Toby Owen is an exceptional British winemaker that in the past 20 years became an institution in the Tuscan wine scene. This is a blend of different vintages 2018, 2017 and 2016, from mainly Sangiovese handpicked from small vineyards on the Monte Amiata.
