With a 30-day campaign titled Living Italian, S. Pellegrino took over the terrace at Harvey Nichols to create an immersive space where guests gained a sense of the Italian lifestyle.
Working closely with S. Pellegrino on a consultancy basis, we designed 5 dishes that were heavily influenced by key landmarks in Italy. They include pasta dishes referencing Grotta Azzurra (the sea cave on the coast of Capri) and Garbatella, an urban neighbourhood in Rome founded in the 1920s.
Staff training was also provided, including providing guidance for the Sommelier. This ensured wine pairings were complementary to the dishes and the narrative of the theme was clearly conveyed to guests.
