SCOPE CONCEPT & MENU DEVELOPMENT
AND EVENT PRODUCTION
Everyone knows Italians are passionate about food; sharing food, sharing a table - the feeling of home. This is what drew Peroni to create House of Peroni, aiming to use the concept to raise their brand from budget to upper-scale. Set in a townhouse in Fitzrovia, the House showcased innovative artists, filmmakers, designers and mixologists. All their creative work was informed by the Italian tradition of welcoming friends to your home to enjoy your artistic possessions.
In collaboration with M&C Saatchi PR, we created a Supper Club in the same vein - focussing on classic and contemporary dishes (a tradition that Italian chefs embrace). Two versions of the same dish were created; original dishes from the 1960s and versions of the dish from this era. This gave guests a sense of adventure and communicated cooking as another art-form in an atmosphere that championed creativity. We also ran a corporate event for the drinks brand, taking guests on a culinary journey through Rome.
House of Peroni still stands as a strong reference point amongst our clients - an experience led event production that made Peroni a lifestyle brand.
