We discussed the types of food, how to serve it, where to serve it, how people should be seated (as they wanted) and also included several stands where people could get involved with making their own food. There was a live ravioli making station where guests could make and eat fresh pasta. We made a banquet table laden with lots of different food, roasted a whole hog and created huge platters encouraged people to pass food between one another. Great Italian wine and negroni served all night long. What a memorable wedding.
