Following delivering catering projects and a supper club for the Experimental Group, they asked us to collaborate on the launch of their much-anticipated Italian art hotel. As a team, we wanted to create an atmosphere that not only makes every guest feel special, but also elevates the sense of place in the ristorante.
The Adriatic region and Venetian culture were our core influences, inspiring us to create a lively and contemporary menu for locals and tourists alike. The finest locally sourced seasonal ingredients are at the core of the food offer, while some of our favourite wines from the region encompass the drinks curation.
In addition to food & drink direction, we sourced the F&B suppliers along with establishing and managing the catering team - ensuring the Adriatica always delivers the experience guests deserves.
