OUR EVENTS

Our pop-ups are all about four elements: food, wine, people, fun.
We fuse these elements, add a welcoming and warm atmosphere, and the result is a simply a superb supper. We do it the Italian way: long, meandering mealtimes, sipping wine late into the evening and debating what the best shape of pasta.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TANTI POLPI

Our next pop-ups are inspired by a fascinating lecture we attended called “A Gastrophysicists Take on Taste” by Ole G Mouritsen from the University of Copenhagen. Ole taught us that squid, cuttlefish, and octopus (so all cephalopods) are the most sustainable 'fish' you can possibly eat. And that's because their population in the last 10 years has hugely increased - so we are planning to cook a feast with them!
 
We are very proud to present our next dinner series titled TANTI POLPI (many octopuses) at The Fisheries in London Fields from September to November.
