Antipasto

Classic Sicilian caponata with courgette and a drizzle of Bronte pistachio served with a freezing shot of Prosecco slush

paired wine: our organic Prosecco from Veneto with its gentle bubbles


Primo

Homemade kamut tagliatelle with British asparagus, garden thyme and Pecorino Romano

paired wine: Pinot Grigio at its best like our grandparents used to drink, it's a very serious white from Veneto


Secondo

Red wine marinated Lombatello (hanger steak) with rosti cake made with hand picked nettles from Hackney Marsh and a peppery Gorgonzola butter shot
(Roasted tomino cheese will replace the hanger steak for our veggie friends)

paired wine: organic Rosso Piceno, it's a beautiful blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese from the Marche region


Dessert

Raspberry cloud paired with a fizzy pink rain.....
