‘Discover Italy in four classic dishes - Act II’
Welcome drink: our organic Prosecco, of course!
Antipasto: Apulia
Fava bean soup shot with a hint of pecorino cheese. An Apulian reinvention.
Wine: Falerio (Marche)
This wine is produced from vine varieties going back to medieval times. It has a typical straw-yellow hue and a delicate bouquet, elegant, smooth, flowery and...peppery! (Organic)
Primo: Liguria
Home made trofie pasta with pesto sauce, potato and green beans: close your eyes and you could be on the Ligurian Riviera.
Wine: Incrocio Manzoni (Veneto)
A unique white wine made by a cross-pollination of Pinot Bianco and Riesling.
A delicate, elegant wine with flavours of peach, apple and nectarine. The distinctive qualities of Pinot Bianco marry well with subtle aromas of Riesling.
Secondo: Sicily
Aubergine, tomato, Parmesan and mozzarella. This is melanzane alla parmigiana, tastes like a sunny day in Sicily!
Wine: Rosso di Montepulciano (Tuscany)
A popular red wine that will charm you during your parmigiana. It's a medium body, juicy wine with notes of black cherry. You'll fall in love with it after the first swig... (Organic)
