Antipasto: Lombardy
Squash soup with taleggio and amaretto served with mascarpone and walnut rolls
Wine: Barbera del Monferrato (Piedmont)
Fresh, Juicy, berry taste, and aroma of violets and cassis, slightly foamy on pouring. (Organic)
Primo: Sicily
Homemade tagliatelle with cherry tomato, courgette, swordfish and pistachio
Wine: Pinot Bianco (Veneto)
Elegant and smooth, its delicate aroma of white fruit and bread crusts is balanced with a white pepper finish. (Organic)
Secondo: Veneto
Asparagus flan with gorgonzola cream dressing
Wine: Il Drago e le Sette Colombe (Tuscany)
A super Tuscan made of Sangiovese 60%, Alicante15% and Merlot 25%, fine, complex with a prevalence of spicy notes, with good structure, elegant tannins and depth of flavour.
Dessert: Piedmont
Panna cotta with strawberry compote
Wine: Rose Frizzante (Veneto)
Gently bubbly, Fresh and bright, taste of strawberries and cream that will marry the delicious panna cotta. (Organic)
