The Italian Supper Club was founded in 2011. Although we love London, there was something we missed; that special Italian tradition of long, meandering mealtimes, sipping wine late into the evening and debating the best type of pasta to eat with ragu’. We decided to do something about it and the Italian Supper Club was born.
Toto
Our head chef Toto has been cooking since the age of 12. His belief that food can bring people together is our cornerstone. Toto has taught us that simplicity equals genius – his dishes rely on high quality ingredients and of course a touch of Italian magic. His knowledge of regional Italian cookery means that each meal is a journey.
Silvio
Silvio is our wine expert. With wine making in the family, he was born to be a sommelier. Silvio has shown us that wine is not just an accompaniment to food, but an integral part of the meal, worth savouring. An importer of artisan wine, Silvio can tell you all about the magic in your glass.
Chiara
As a veteran bar tender and waitress, Chiara knows how to ensure a relaxed, cosy atmosphere. She has shown us that great service is achieved by remaining calm and focused. A trained dancer, she brings grace and charm to the Italian Supper Club, and ensures that our suppers will sweep you off your feet.
