Another great collaboration with our friends at the E5 Bakery which has now also a mill that makes all the flour used for their bread.

 
We share the same strong passion for sourdough and the lost traditions of our baking ancestors. Dinner will be a celebration of grains, flour, yeasts, artisan methods, with a four course menu that will be a delicious start to your long bank holiday weekend.

 
Our events with them have always been magical, it's going to be like an excursion into the country side and staying there for dinner. Lovely wine will be available to accompany your dinner.

DINNER WITH WINE MAKER ARIANNA OCCHIPINTI

 

 

Proud to be part of Guardian Live events, we're teaming up with one of most talented winemakers from Sicily, Arianna Occhipinti, to explore the unique wines made from the indigenous grape varieties of the region. Arianna will be bringing her full range of wines, as well as her own olive oil. This is a rare chance to hear directly from this young winemaker about her passion for natural wine and the stories of the land where it comes from. The menu will celebrate the richly diverse and delicious food of Sicily with four courses that will be as memorable as Arianna's wine.

The ticket price includes a welcome drink and a four-course dinner. Arianna's wines can be purchased separately on the night, by the glass and by the bottle.
